If you encounter issues when starting up the Spawtz Scorer that a standard uninstall and reinstall does not fix, you can try the following to completely clean the installation first:


1) Uninstall the Spawtz Scorer application

2) Delete the 2.0 folder from the Apps folder in your user profile.

This folder will be located in:

  • C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Apps on Windows XP 
  • C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local on Windows 7 and above
Where <user> is the name of the user you are logged in as.


Note that in order to browse to this folder, you might have to enable viewing of hidden files and folders in Windows explorer (for more info on how to do that, see this article:http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/show-hidden-files#show-hidden-files=windows-7)
