How do I get the printer version invoice not to print the url of the page at the bottom or top of the printout? Print

This is a printer setting, not a Spawtz issue. To exclude the url when printing from Internet Explorer, do the following:

Click "File" (Or the arrow next to the printer icon if using Internet Explorer 7)
Click "Page Setup"
Delete all the text in the "Header" and "Footer" textboxes
Click "OK"

Now, when you print, the printer should not print any header and footer information.
