In order to use your PayPal account to accept online payments through Spawtz, you need to have a PayPal business account, and you need to turn on "Instant Payment Notifications".  To do this you will need to follow these steps: 

  1. Log in to your PayPal business account using the email address you registered with PayPal with and whatever the password is 
  2. Click "Edit Profile" next to your name and email address in the "My Account Overview" Section 
  3. Under Selling Preferences click "Instant Payment Notification Preferences" 
  4. Click "Edit" 
  5. Check the box and put http://{SPAWTZURL}/SpawtzApp/PaymentsAndStatements/PaymentGatewayCallback.aspx?g={GATEWAYID} in the Notication Url textbox.  {SPAWTZURL} and {GATEWAYID} will need to be replaced with the actual spawtz url and the id of your gateway - these items will be provided to you by Spawtz support staff. 
  6. Check the radio button next to "Receive IPN messages (Enabled)" if it is not already checked.
  7. Click Save
